Generosity Fellows Program

One fellowship offered to qualified diverse applicants. Fellowship includes full tuition, guaranteed graduate assistantship with stipend, and health insurance. 

We are proud to announce a new Generosity Fellows Program aimed at increasing diverse leadership in the philanthropic and nonprofit sector.

You will complete the M.A. in Philanthropic Studies while participating in the school’s scholarly pursuits, deepening its research practice within philanthropy, and supporting this project’s research component through data collection, analysis, and counsel.

As a fellowship graduate you will be empowered to take on a leadership role at an institution and use your knowledge to advance the field. You will have an impact on the way philanthropic organizations and individual donors understand themselves and their work, resulting in a more effective sector focused on solving critical social problems. 

The inter-disciplinary research faculty working within the school will work alongside you.

Beyond becoming knowledge experts, you will:

  • Prepare to be dynamic, innovative and reflective leaders in philanthropy or a nonprofit organization;
  • Gain broad insights and practical skills about philanthropy and explore interactions between the public, private and nonprofit sectors;
  • Participate in groundbreaking research on philanthropy; and
  • Study with exemplary faculty from a multiplicity of disciplines.

Fellowships will be awarded based on criteria such as a strong GPA, scholarly background, and/or unique, impactful professional experience.
