2015 CASE/WPI Conference
Omni Severin Hotel
May 18 - 19, 2015
Who are your donors and are you missing the charitable decision-makers in the household? In a changing philanthropic landscape where women are influencing or solely making 90 percent of household charitable decisions, is your development office following a traditional transactional and male-centered model? What works for men may not work for women. Development offices which pursue holistic, integrated and relational fundraising strategies that appeal to women will raise more money and grow donor loyalty.
Designed for decision-makers and leaders, the 2015 conference explores the need to remove preconceptions, shift organizational culture, and addresses how individual fundraisers, whether a major gift officer or a vice-president of development, can shape a relational fundraising environment that cultivates women as donors. This high-level program focuses on how to build bridges: to new audiences, within the development office, and across the institution. Engaging women in philanthropy is smart and transformative; women hold the key to philanthropy in the 21st century.
Attendees will gain an understanding of ingrained biases and how to effect organizational change; structures that can undermine change; tips about how research and demographic data can create momentum for change; and action steps for working effectively with women donors.
This conference is designed for professionals with mid- and senior-level responsibility.
