More Information to come
You can watch and listen to the talk (but not interact) at the following Live URL if you have an
IU login and password: https://www.indiana.edu/~istream/cas/ Enter section number 12326.
You can also view archives there.
In order to fully participate (2-way audio and visual), you will need to download Cisco TelePresence
Movi. Once that is accomplished, dial in to 243019 to participate.
The UITS Knowledge base explains (http://kb.iu.edu/data/bboh.html): “Movi is a desktop
videoconferencing software that allows Indiana University faculty and staff, and their students or guests
to easily connect to a conference on the IU Video Bridge with full two-way video and audio, as well as to
present or receive high-resolution computer graphics. Movi is available for both Windows and Mac
computers. IU faculty and staff may request Movi user accounts for themselves or for their students or
guests by completing the Movi request form. Each Movi user will receive confirmation email, with
instructions for downloading and installing the Movi software, along with a unique username and
password to sign in.” The Video Helpdesk is available to demo/assist with users who would like to try
Movi out before the meeting. All users are invited to call them at 812-856-2020.
Note: IU graduate students cannot download MOVI without the permission of a faculty or staff member.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will take care of getting that permission.
