Craig J. Leach is chairman and chief executive officer of Collegium Holdings Inc., a groundbreaking partnership of best-in-class professional service firms which serve organizations in the nonprofit and social impact sectors. Collegium addresses the demands of the sector’s rapid change, increasing sophistication and the need for integration by providing C-suite management, communications, fundraising, technology, corporate social responsibility, and talent management expertise.
Craig has spent his career focused on the business of philanthropy and nonprofit management. He is the founder and former chief executive officer of Graham-Pelton Consulting, Inc.—now under the Collegium Holdings umbrella—which he led for 19 years and built into a premier global fundraising and nonprofit management firm.
Previously, Craig served as associate dean for external affairs at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, vice chancellor for university affairs at Seton Hall University and a development officer at Georgetown University. He holds a B.A from Fairfield University and a J.D. from Seton Hall’s School of Law.
